Modern Agency (us)
You will be working with typically one or two Tension Design experts throughout the entire project. We’re all designers, developers, and content strategists.
Simple requests stay simple—handled quickly, clearly, and without red tape.
No bloat. No handoffs. No meeting fatigue—just progress. For 28 years we have refined and tuned our process to make it as simple as possible.
After launch we stay, drive results, fix any issues, and keep your site working harder—no ghosting, or disappearance.
Traditional Agency (them)
Once the contract is signed, attention drops. You get passed between account managers, project managers, and juniors—no single owner, no real relationship.
Simple requests turn into ticket systems, change orders, and billable hours—killing trust and speed.
Slow bloated timelines make for endless meetings, approvals, and internal handoffs do not align with an out-dated process.
Once the site is live, the agency vanishes or shifts to expensive retainers with minimal ongoing value.
